I have been a tenant for a couple of years and have enjoyed it completely. Management is very good and they try hard to be prompt and address any issues that pop up. Highly recommend.
A wonderful office space. The management and staff are wonderful. The office spaces are great - and having all the utilities, cleaning and furniture was a huge help. Everything was ready for us to move our computers and supplies in! I would definitely tell others considering office space to look here first!
I'd give Escalate more stars if it were possible. We moved in July and cannot get over how smooth the process was. We looked at several places prior to deciding on Escalate and found that they were either old and dated or had "miniature" flimsy furniture. Once we walked in to the lobby of Escalate, we could tell that it was top notch from top to bottom. The location could not be more perfect -just off I-10 near the Grand Parkway. My business started to really grow about 2 years ago so I looked around for an office to be close to my home in Katy. Everything I looked at out here was cramped and not very professional. When I first saw the plans for Escalate Workspace, I got so excited. It’s a very professional address, building, and management team. Everyone who comes to visit my office is impressed. I love it here at Escalate!
Lights, internet, & air conditioner has all gone out within the same week. This is not the first time this has happened (Check Yelp reviews). The internet has stopped working before causing you to just go home at 12 noon. Then to make matters worse as soon as the internet stopped working the office manager packaged up and went home. Why are you not dedicated to your clients to stick around and attempt to fix the situation or wait for the solution to be provided.
