This is our fourth time renting an Escape Campervan. Each rental has been in a different city and each experience has been wonderful! All of the workers have been extremely kind and accommodating! Escape is so laid back and not your typical rental car company where they pressure you. The tires on all of the vehicles are always in great shape and safe for National Park travels! I booked my trip with Escape Campervans to travel from FL to WA for a permanent move. I booked a Sprinter van and before my trip, the reservations dept. asked me if I wanted to swap for a Maverick van that they needed to have taken out of FL because they no longer rented them there. I agreed because the fees were considerably less. However, it was NOT a good experience. When I went to pick up, I was told the van had 342K miles on it. That was never disclosed to me. Escape is a great Campervan rental company. The van we rented had everything we needed and completely met our needs. They also have a great customer service team. If you need anything before, during or after the rental, give them a call or send them an email.
Had a great experience renting a campervan for 2 weeks from the Orlando location while staying out in Myakka State Park near Sarasota. Ashleigh was great, and helped me with a couple of questions I had about the campervan. The campervan was very comfortable to sleep in and drove pretty easily. I was happy that I could park the campervan in most regular sized parking spaces at stores.
Thanks to Escape Campervans and the great customer service provided by Ashleigh and Zac, our trip was unforgettable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and reliable campervan rental. Can’t wait to plan our next adventure!
