Unfortunately they’re only worried about selling more homes. Vinny is great but management doesn’t feel like building a quality home is important for $500,000 plumbing leaking. Foundation leaking. Door frames broken and then repainted over broken wood to “fix the wood”. And a yard that is not usable because it’s all dead filled with rocks not topsoil and because we purchased before it was done they don’t care. All the unsold available homes yards look fine. But this one was already on the books for them.
My family and I bought an Arbor series home, and from start to finish we have received top notch treatment, from the sales team, to the project managers, and all of the subcontractors. I cannot say enough about the great team at Arbor! I have been in the construction business for many years now and I can tell you from experience Arbor has their system down pat!! Great job guys!!
