Mark and Tiana are amazing and really create a good vibe the minute you walk into the leasing office. The entire staff is very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and clean. I would definitely live here if I relocate to the McKinney area.

First and foremost, the Estates of McKinney is a wonderful community. From the very first phone call the Staff of the Estates of McKinney was spectacular. I was moving from out of state to the area and my initial phone call to the community was answered by Vinny. Let me just say this gentleman is a rockstar. My wife and I toured The Estates at Mckinney because we liked how quiet and on the outskirts it was. We loved it. We loved the pool, fitness center, shared community area, and the units. It's quiet, clean, and new. We worked with Vinny one of the leasing agents and he was so great to work with.
