0/5 don't recommend. Esther was 13 minutes late to my appointment with no acknowledgement of her tardiness. Ten minutes before my appointment was scheduled to end she asked, "So what do you want to do, because we're running out of time?" I asked about making up the 13 minutes due to her tardiness and was told she was late because she had to review my paperwork abefore the appointment and her private review time was built into the session time. The ONLY positive thing I can say about Lifestance is Esther Narhmartey-Darku. I am done with life stance. You charge way too much for your services. I pay an astronomical charge to see a nurse practitioner. I don’t even get to see a psychiatrist. There does not seem to be any sympathy For those who are self-pay due to insurance loss. Instead of working with me, you want to know my taxes from last year. What does that have to do with right now?? I have had an amazing experience with Esther. I came to her with some issues, she listened, and immediately started to sort through options to help me. I've been back to see her for my follow up and she, again, was thoughtful and understanding.

An absolute disappointment. She seemed very uninterested in my issues. Made me feel ashamed of the medication I have been prescribed for 6 years. Also, did not follow through sending in my prescription after asking me to send her all of my prescription and diagnosis history, which I did immediately after my appointment. I’ve had several psychiatric providers since 2010. Nurse Esther is among the best. She’s direct, keeps the sessions short, asks the “right” questions, listened to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. I hope this is the beginning of a great professional relationship.
