I have been living here for over a year now, and we renewed the lease because we are comfortable here. I'm happy to update from a previous post that the clubhouse hours have expanded. Recently a maintenance person came to fix the air conditioner. The response time was quick, and as always professional. He even noticed the smart lock on the front door had gone out even though I did not report it (because I didn’t realize it), and he replaced the batteries right then and there. I moved/transferred from the Mark Taylor property in Surprise Farms, over a year ago. Both communities are very nice! However, my draw to move here at Windrose; is that it is a smaller community and has a cozier feel to it! Windrose has a great office/clubhouse/fitness center/pool...same amenities that I enjoyed at the Surprise Farm location! Val and Caelyn are phenomenal. They made everything so so easy. We felt more than comfortable there, and I can’t wait to move in November. Moving from WA state is a big move but I know it’s a good decision choosing Estia.
We absolutely love this community! It’s always clean and inviting, pet friendly and quiet. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. Shout out to all of the girls in the office and the new office manager who I just met, she was super sweet as well.
Val and Caelyn were incredible!! They greated us at the door with warm smiles, and we felt immediately at home. They both had a genuine desire to help us. It was a fantastic experience and we would recommend Estia Windrose to anyone!
