I trusted etchxpress to engrave handwriting on a knife for my boyfriend for Father’s Day & I’m honestly so impressed with their customer service & couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. I talked to Jason on the phone initially (super kind) & Blake communicated great throughout. The turnaround was quick & I’m so happy with the quality. I drove from out of town & it was absolutely worth it.
Jason helped me out of a jam. Worked closely with me to get a crystal vase that I purchased engraved for a retirement gift. The work was well executed and I really appreciated the expedited service to get it done in time for my co-worker’s retirement party. Will definitely use this shop again.
