I’ve used Etch Express on several small orders of wine glass etching, to mark special occasions. I’ve always been impressed with their quality work, as well as lightening-speed in turnaround times. And even once, when an error was made, I was quickly & sufficiently impressed with their ownership of fault, and worked late to redo the order to satisfaction….Never allowing me to feel guilty. That is a true sign of business integrity. Friendly; Professional; Sincere Customer Service !

Blake & Jason went above and beyond with my etching order. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. They not only delivered a phenomenal product but did it in record time without sacrificing quality. Their attention to detail, communication, and customer care were second to none. I trusted etchxpress to engrave handwriting on a knife for my boyfriend for Father’s Day & I’m honestly so impressed with their customer service & couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. I talked to Jason on the phone initially (super kind) & Blake communicated great throughout. The turnaround was quick & I’m so happy with the quality. I drove from out of town & it was absolutely worth it.

Jason helped me out of a jam. Worked closely with me to get a crystal vase that I purchased engraved for a retirement gift. The work was well executed and I really appreciated the expedited service to get it done in time for my co-worker’s retirement party. Will definitely use this shop again.
