I just established new care with Etesse Holistic and Cosmetic Dentistry as I try to establish a primary dentist in the area. Everyone in the office was phenomenal. From the lady’s at the front desk, to my hygienist, Dr. Etesse, to my check out- everyone was very professional, caring, informative and friendly. They work very well as a team and it shows. I was reluctant to continue going to this practice after Dr. Godes retired. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. When you enter you are immediately welcomed by the efficient and friendly front desk staff. The office is bright, clean and professional and I’m never kept waiting for more than a few minutes. Dr. Etesse is kind and cheery and laughter rings throughout. She has been involved in my routine visits and carefully checks my teeth and lets me know what might be down the road. The entire staff are wonderful. I had a broken my crown at night and I called the emergency number and they got me in the next day. The staff on the front desk are very kind and efficient. The assistants to the dentist are very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. My dentist was wonderful. I didn't even feel the numbing needles. She was very diligent and the procedure only took 2 hours and I had a brand new crown. They are very good at explaining the whole procedure. I had an excellent experience at the Etesse Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. The care and attention I received were truly exceptional. My procedure was completely pain-free, and the dentist(s) took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The entire team was amazing, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
TLDR: former dentist Dr. Goddess was great! New dentist who took over the practice is money hungry and unethical. Avoid this dental practice at all costs!!! They stole $200+ dollars from me. Stole $200+ dollars from me!!! Unfortunately the former dentist (Dr. Goddes) retired and now the new owners of this place do not care about their patients.
