We love Ethan Allen furniture quality and elegant style. We purchased our eat in kitchen table, chairs and the buffet from Ethan Allen. Our designer was Roseann Chase. We are delighted to work with Roseann. Her patience with us and willing to make us happy along with her well understanding of our style is something that not everyone can find easily on any consultant or a designer. Her transitional designer inputs played an important role for us to choose our chair fabrics, kitchen window shades , valance and the runner along with the arts and decorative items. Really appreciate her listening skills and hard work to create a right balanced design in the room with her elegant touch. I highly recommend Roseann to anyone who is looking for a great consultant, designer to work with . Looking forward to work with her again for my next project in the house.

We had a wonderful, positive experience at Ethan Allen, thanks in a large part to our Design Consultant Kia Hiller. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient! She really listened to what our needs were and presented a variety of options for our sofa and pillows; while keeping us within our budget. We received fabric samples of what we chose. There was never a feeling of pressure or a rush to make a decision. As time progressed ,Kia kept us informed about the status of the order. She even came out when the sofa was delivered and suggested furniture arrangements for the room. We are delighted with our beautiful piece, and felt comfortable throughout the entire selection process. Ethan Allen offers high quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

I purchased a new living room set from Ethan Allen in Manchester, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. And of course I LOVE my new furniture. Their designer Aileen Kennedy was marvelous. She guided me through the entire process of choosing the furniture, selecting the fabrics and deciding exactly which pieces would work in my living room. We met at the store twice and she visited my home twice. She was always helpful and kind as she guided me through the available options. She never pressured me and most importantly she listened to my vision for the room and helped me achieve that. My living room is now beautiful but most importantly reflects my taste. Every time I walk in the room I smile. What a relief to find Aileen. She is truly a consummate professional who invests herself in helping the customer reach their goal of creating a beautiful and personal living space.
