The process was long and drawn out. Communication lacked. The friendliness of the staff was great. The quality is what keeps me coming back.

D. Desir was exceptional. She answered the chat on the Ethan Allen website. I could not have had a better designer. We worked remote. She sent me pictures, drawings, and prices every time that I had a question. She made the experience positive in every way. Our local stores are understaffed and they have no designer knowledge. Please check Ms. Desir’s degrees. Thank you again. I live in SC and she was in FL but distance was never an issue, she was always there to help.
Designer Jennifer Donovan is an outstanding designer. I highly recommend her design talents to anyone looking for guidance on how to perfectly appoint their home with both furnishings and artwork. She has a calming personality and is open to bold ideas or safe ideas - of which I choose both!
