Dr Sterk and the entire Peds ER team were very kind and thorough in their care of our son. They made sure to treat my son like he was one of their own and I felt very confident that he received the best care possible.
I went to the ER bc, I thought my backing to the earing went into my ear canal. Im not 100% sure that is true bc, the otoscope was NOT used to check, which was the main reason I went to the ER. Urgent Cares dont have the otoscopes tools. I left with an ear infection starting, with NO antbiotics. I am a Systemic Scleroderma Patient, on CellCept.
