I love my treatment at ethos. I did IOP in west chester and it was so comforting to have a safe space with a therapist who was so understanding. My therapist in plymouth meeting for the last year has been so amazing, at first I struggled getting used to a new therapist but once I decided to open up and give her a chance our rapport has been so nice, she meets me where I am at but still pushes me to grow. Carlie and Jackie are awesome!
Ethos has been a crucial part of my recovery and I would highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with alcoholism & addiction. Tom and his clinical team care about their patients and are invested into helping people succeed with long term sustainable recovery.
My daughter was being discharged from an RTF and suggested Ethos and stated they were in network with both of her insurances for IOP. Turns out they are not, but I don’t blame Ethos for that. What I blame them for is when I asked about financial assistance or scholarships because the cost was a lot and not affordable, the response I received was “ Hey Amanda, Thanks for letting us know and we understand completely. I went to this place for just your basic therapy trying to get help; I was told they work on a sliding scale price-wise and that was extremely helpful for me since I hadn’t been able to afford therapy. I first had Lauren Davis, who spent a couple of months with me and then stopped responding. After a week of no response, she told me she had been on vacation, but she was going to be switching to a different specialty.
