As I entered I was asked if I could be helped. I said yes I would like to look at their new motorcycles. I saw 2 bikes I was interested in and had questions about them unfortunately everyone seemed to be busy and didn't seem to be available to answer any questions about these. Will find a more personable dealer to purchase from.
Excellent experience. Dylan was extremely helpful. New to the ATV, UTV world. Went to look at a specific unit and after talking with them figured out it wasn't the best choice. They really care about the customer's needs not just making a sale. You can tell these guys live the life not just reading from the brochures. They suggested a different unit and we are very satisfied. And not once did I feel silly or inept for being new. Highly recommend these guys. We had to travel being out of state but would gladly go back again.
Where to begin with these guys! We were on bikes traveling from Cleveland Ohio to Nashville when a belt blew on my brand new rear tire on 71S. It was around 4pm and panic mode set in because of closing times for local shops. After finding phone reception on the hill off the highway I was able to contact these guys and told them my situation. They dropped everything and was there in 10 mins with a trailer. Dillon was very nice and knew the bad boy brand inside and out. He didn't pressure me in any way to buy the 1st day I came into the store. Needless to say, I ended up buying my 1st ever new mower. I would buy from them again and would recommend to anyone to go check them out. They have big selection of Bad Boy mowers and tractors plus another toy you might want.
Bought a brand new 2024 mt09 sp, picked it up in excellent condition. Well taken care of while in their possession. Dylan was who take care of us, excellent fellow! Got a great deal! Couldn’t be happier. 5/5 Stars
