Had x2 HB3 headlight bulbs from here (though a 3rd party garage in town) and both burned out within minutes. Got another bulb from another shop and it’s absolutely fine with no issues. Not sure if you have a faulty batch but defo need raising with the manufacturer. Not necessary your fault but just to advise you have some faulty goods on the shelf and needs looking into urgently. Other than that your service has always been good.

Ordered part. They said it would arrive by 13.30. When I arrived at 15.30 it wasn't there. Still in Grantham. Wasted 16 mile journey. Will not give them a second chance...
Always helpful but thought can of brake cleaner was £2-49,forgetting vat! Consulted about pros and cons of split "universal drive shaft boots"!
