They claim to test batteries when you return them. We seen 10 batteries all on side banner brand. Stop selling junk items! You walk on shop he will stay on phone 20 mins and look at you like an alien. Most awful experience ever in my life. No customer service at all. I would highly advise not to use this company staff are ignorant
Bought a battery from here failed within weeks. We had 2 places test the battery it was faulty. Ignorant staff the worse experience ever in my life. DO NOT BUY BANNER BATTERYS. the staff extremely unhelpful. Worse car parts place in clacton. They stay on phone fot 15 mins before dealing with you physically in person. Honestly stick with the main ones. If there's an issue they won't honour there guarantee.

Great atmosphere, was pleasantly welcomed, and although they did not stock the part I needed, they informed me of where the Vauxhall dealership was. I will be picking it up tomorrow. So just wanted to write this as a thank you to the gentleman that work there. Have a grand day.
