Spent an hour and a half battling horrendous traffic to get to EU so my partner could get a new battery for his own vehicle. EU said they had them in stock. On arrival he was given the battery and double checked with the sales assistant this was the correct battery and reassured it was based on the registration mark. Got home and discovered he had been given the wrong battery! Rang up EU who admitted the sales assistant had made a mistake by issuing wrong battery for my partners vehicle. Jeez words rarely fail me but these guys are awesome.! if i could give 6 stars i would.. Not only are their prices good but they go the extra mile in service, by waiting for me to collect an order after normal closing time, as i was delayed by an A14 traffic jam. Bravo i say, as it means i can get my van sorted & back to work.!! :-)
