I stumbled upon this shop by chance, and what a fortunate accident it turned out to be! The prices are fantastic, and the customer service is simply unmatched. When I cycled there, the incredibly kind gentleman offered to deliver my purchase instead of watching me struggle to balance a heavy battery on my bike. Where do I even start. Afzal has provided my the best customer service in the world. First by sourcing parts for me in record timing and hats off to eu parts for this as well. Secondly he was a my beckoning needs for two days answering all my questions and delivering everything in record time.
