Service: Austin provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life at a chicken restaurant. Took the time to give me a full rundown on the menu. Made super great and accurate suggestions. Helped pick the perfect sauces for my heat tolerance. Brought out napkins for me. Went the extra mile with anyone. Dave’s is fortunate to have Austin as an employee. He’s the best. Walked in late lunch time. Around 3. The girl who took order was super nice and friendly. It took about 2 minutes to get order, which was fresh and hot. The crinkle fries were perfectly cooked. Light and crispy with seasoned salt. The chicken nuggets were more chunks than nuggets. Whole pieces of chicken with a light and crispy batter. I opted got the light mild seasoning because I'm a baby when it comes to spice. It was just right. This was first time to go to Dave's and it did not disappoint. 😊👍
Mike was awesome! Literally greeted us when we came in, took our order, was super patient and polite and even checked in on us after we had finished our food. The food was great too but it was Mikes and the whole crews’ attitude and great customer service that really made the experience! Thank you Mike and the whole Dave’s Hot Chicken Crew!
Mike is truly a huge blessing to this establishment. He was so kind and courteous to every single customer waiting, I truly have never had such a good experience at a fast food chain. He gave us all his names and told us to let him know if there were any issues, and went above and beyond in every way. I hope he is appreciated and valued because it takes so much to have such a good presence while under so much stress. Give that man a raise, he earned you a few new regulars tonight
Have ate here numerous times and am excited about the new location coming to Springfield. Always great service when I am here. Last night Mike was amazing! Great energy that helped brighten my mood. Have never had an experience I wasn't happy with and I can't stress enough Mike and his energy, keep it up and I look forward to eating here again. My go-to meal: #2 Lite Mild, instead of fries mac and cheese and a regular drink (peach tea with light ice) 😋
