Absolutely negligent hospice. DO NOT use Signature if you care about your dying loved one. We got my dad signed up for hospice on a monday. Signature was unable to get his pain management protocol in place until the following Thursday. He died two hours later choking on his terminal secretions and in great discomfort. I haven't figured out what to do legally in response to their cruelty and lack of compassion for their patients. Terrible, terrible thing to do to someone in the last days of their life.
Organized for the home care of our Ill mother. They came to the home and said everything would be taken care of. The day before we leave for our trip they called and told us they couldn't do it. Look elsewhere!
