They did a great job on my house. We were very impressed with how each shutter was engineered to its specific opening and near by obstacles that had to be compensated for in the design. All of this had been worked out before manufacturing and the shutters were delivered ready to go up. The installation was great and the install crew were truly good guys. I recently ordered accordion shutters and had them installed around my back porch. Eurex was great to work with and ingeniously designed them to be totally hidden from the inside when open. The entire process took less than two months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We have been waiting for months for our shutter to be repaired. After countless phone calls to various people, Eurex Shutter has not yet been able to help us. Eurex's organization and service is a complete disaster. The customer is actually not of any interest here. You are just kept waiting from one excuse to the next. After talking with three shutter companies. We decided to go with Eurex Shutters . We can’t say enough nice things about this company. Hans that did our quote and measurements was wonderful explaining everything. The office was very polite and kind . The installers Nic and Lance were absolute professionals. The shutters look wonderful and the property was left spotless . I even asked for a certain day for the install . They were able to come that day and gave us a 9:00 arrival time . After Hurricane Ian hit FMB and demo teams removed the damaged drywall unfortunately the rod and internal mechanism parts to this 1988 rolling shutter installed by Eurex were discarded. I contacted Eurex and spoke with Brittney who found the original order and knew exactly what parts I needed now that is great piece of mind - I would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
