They did a great job on my house. We were very impressed with how each shutter was engineered to its specific opening and near by obstacles that had to be compensated for in the design. All of this had been worked out before manufacturing and the shutters were delivered ready to go up. The installation was great and the install crew were truly good guys. In the past, we had a good working relationship with Eurex. Mos ago, we needed the wheels on our accordian door replaced. The techs finished and the panels moved, as they should. Later, we found, when we went to close and lock it, that it did not line up right. Could not latch or lock. Even had to lift the panel to get it to the lock. Not aligned right. "Luis" from Eurex Shutters just answered a service call I placed last week. He arrived promptly, entered politely, examined our roll down shutter and repaired the problem quite quickly. I would recommend Eurex Shutters for any issue anyone might have with their roll down shutters. James Quinn
I recently ordered accordion shutters and had them installed around my back porch. Eurex was great to work with and ingeniously designed them to be totally hidden from the inside when open. The entire process took less than two months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We have been waiting for months for our shutter to be repaired. After countless phone calls to various people, Eurex Shutter has not yet been able to help us. Eurex's organization and service is a complete disaster. The customer is actually not of any interest here. You are just kept waiting from one excuse to the next. Calls are only made hours later and appointments are made within a time window of up to 6 hours. It is a disgrace to then hear that the next appointment will take place in about 14 days.
