I recently ordered accordion shutters and had them installed around my back porch. Eurex was great to work with and ingeniously designed them to be totally hidden from the inside when open. The entire process took less than two months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
After talking with three shutter companies. We decided to go with Eurex Shutters . We can’t say enough nice things about this company. Hans that did our quote and measurements was wonderful explaining everything. The office was very polite and kind . The installers Nic and Lance were absolute professionals. This company is so interested in selling their products, but the service is absent. They promise to call back to set up an appointment but never returns calls or set appointments to fix the problems. They do a good job selling but lack any personality to correct things.
This company has been great to deal with. Hans came out in July to measure our lanai door for accordion shutters. He was excellent too deal with and indicated our shutters may not be available until September. I received a call on early Aug 23rd that our shutters were ready to install. They were out that morning. The 2 men he had on the job did excellent work on the installation insuring that everything was aligned properly. Eurex shutters did an amazing job on my shutter project. The shutters are high quality, well priced and they were installed very well. And the project was completed just two months after I signed the contract. I give Hans and his team and A+++. I highly recommend them.
