i have been client for 4 years (2017 so far) . fater they complusory close the account off for not clear reasons, i still waiting the balance wire to be settled in my new account after more then 21 days
E CAREFUL WITH THIS BANK, FOR A TIME THEY OPERATED NORMALLY WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINES, SUDDENLY AND INVOKING COVID19, THEY STOPPED WIRE TRANSFERS IN USD SAYING INTERMADIARY BANK DELAYS. AFTER THAT THEY STOPPED WIRE TRANSFERS IN ANOTHER CURRENCIES AS AUD, HKD, NOK, NZD, SEK AND SGD. RIGHT NOW I M NOT SURE IF THEY WILL MAKE WIRE TRANSFERS OR NOT. WILL LEAVE MORE REVIEWS AS SOON THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEMS.

Fraudulent bank freezing account without jurisdiction No reply and no clear position from Euro Pacific Bank compliance department. The letters from our lawyer are being ignored. Account still frozen based on a St. Vincent request but the bank is actually located in Puerto Rico, meaning no jurisdiction. Euro Pacific Bank is not to be trusted. This is simply bank and internet fraud. Whoever is experiencing problems with the bank and wish to take legal action together, please mail me at budgetgame (at) gmail (dot) com.
I Thought this is the right bank for my company! I just opened company bank account last Nov 2018 and I am experienced many issues already. Latest issue was I transferred salary to my 6 employees last Jan 7 2019. The money did not deduct in my account until Jan 9 2019. I need to call the hotline to get their attention, I asked them how come the money is still in my account and they say they will investigate it. Hi, Got personal and corporate accounts with them for 2 years. Still didnt receive my Debit Card since they stopped the old one for strange reasons... otherwise no issue. New website is not the best ever, I ve seen worst. Q

My honest opinion: They are involved heavily in money laundering, although I have no proof of this I have several suspicions to believe it. They issue bank cards every few months and then abruptly cancel it. However, they keep charging you for new cards. They never offered me a refund for the older cards, however, now they claim they will send one free of charge. But it will take months. So take that with a grain of salt. So Far very poor. Funds have taken up to 14 days to transfer in .I ordered a card in July I wasn't in a rush so chose not to pay £35 for the tracked service, card never arrived!, numerous calls and emails and I was told to order a new card at a further cost of £185 with Tracking card arrived on Friday however unable to use it as On;line banking system not showing the activation option. Further calls and emails I have now been told the card system has been down and HOPEFULLY will be back working soon . I will wait 24hrs more ... read more
