How does my family love Evan....let me count the ways. 1) he helped me find people to fix up my first home to sell. 2) we sold that house and made some money doing it. 3) He found someone to help me find a transitional apartment while my new home was being built. 4) My builder tried to pull a fast one in lending so Evan had an amazing lender John Holmes that helped us and won that fight. 5) last but not least he really just cares about the people he works with. If you are looking for a great realtor Evan is your guy !! After the first meeting with Evan we made our mind up right then that he was our guy. He made the process of selling easy ! If anything needed to be done he was on the phone and got everything done so fast ! Communication is absolutely fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and explained details of every process nicely . And bonus he just recorded and episode in HGTV because he’s that awesome !!
