Find a different lawyer for your self to fight for you for your disability case with social security. They did not do anything for me to get me my disability from social security. I am the 1 that called social security to check the status of my file. They didn't return my phone calls and they never returned any phone calls from social security. Unprofessional, they completely ignore my questions, Ive had to go through this process alone. worse mistake I made was signing the contract.
I'm bedbound and have a documented disease. Evans Disability was happy for me to sign a contract to have them as my lawyer for a disability claim in May of 2022 but then didn't follow up at all or even return voicemails that I'd left to see if everything was a go. I finally had to reach out on Facebook in order to get anyone to call back. Then, didn't hear a peep from them until August 12th when they left an urgent voicemail that I needed to call them back right away.
