**PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW** DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. My wife and I received laser hair removal treatment at this facility. Between the two of us, we invested over $4k. I underwent laser hair removal on my entire back over eight scheduled visits, plus two additional sessions to address areas that were missed during prior treatments. As a beginner with laser hair removal, doing it here at Ideal Image is a breeze. I had the pleasure of being seen by Trinh, she is amazing! She is extremely positive and patient! She helps walk you through the entire procedure so when it happens you feel comfortable and knowledgeable of everything happening. I would recommend her and this location to everyone. To the staff helping you book the appointment to the staff helping with your procedure, they are all great. I will say Trinh is the best!
I had a contract with ideal image and some how according to this company it’s not just a name change they are a new company all together. Funny ideal image must have sold you guys customers information but your company is not willing to honor the terms of original contract with ideal image. Beats me. They have drastically increased the price for services. Instead of lazer at this point I’ll be doing electrolysis . Make more sense and is more cost efficient
I love, love this location and the people here. Everyone’s so kind and professional. They walk you through it all and check on you throughout the entire process. I had Anita and Mary I believe. But even the lovely lady at the front desk. I have been coming for years. And regardless where I move, I still only come to West Hartford.
These guys are terrible. Customers pay thousands of dollars and get into a contract being told they have a lifetime contract for discounts on touch ups and then they change their names so the contract goes null!!! Big cheaters!! This used to be ideal image and they pulled that to get rid of the contracts.
