Very pleasant staff.The person who worked on me was wonderful. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very kind and considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend them.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Azra, took her time with me, explaining the process and creating a plan to address my forehead lines. It was quick and easy, with zero bruising.I feel so much more confident. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Azra!
I was so nervous to get Botox for the first time but the staff here in Windsor was patient and very friendly! Everyone was eager to answer questions and eased my anxiety! The procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location . I will be back for sure in 5 months and I am in the process of booking a few more appointments. Ty for a wonderful experience! Had an online consultation, and when I arrived for my appointment, was told that I could not have my service done because of redness around my eyes that I always have as it is an autoimmune issue and I've had Botox dozens of times. Nurse was uninformed, uneducated, and unable to provide me with a refund. I've been getting Medspa services done for a decade and I strongly recommend not using Ideal Image!
Everyone at Ideal Image is helpful and alway doing their best to make you feel comfortable. I had several things done to my face. Jenny was great and particular in what every step of the way . So Happy with my results . Thank you, judyk
