Very pleasant staff.The person who worked on me was wonderful. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very kind and considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend them.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Azra, took her time with me, explaining the process and creating a plan to address my forehead lines. It was quick and easy, with zero bruising.I feel so much more confident. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Azra!
I was so nervous to get Botox for the first time but the staff here in Windsor was patient and very friendly! Everyone was eager to answer questions and eased my anxiety! The procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location . I will be back for sure in 5 months and I am in the process of booking a few more appointments. Ty for a wonderful experience! So to be so real, I got mixed information from the online department. When I went in, I was a little discouraged. Luckily I was met with great customer service at the front by Allie, and then even better service by my Nurse Practitioner Azra. I was given the most wonderful hospitality, she was so knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, explained everything in full detail, and honestly I felt so comfortable, any nervousness I had completely went away. Lauren at the front desk was super welcoming. Tony the PA who did my treatment was fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable and personabl. Highly recommend getting a treatments with her.
