I give this business ZERO stars, but it wouldn’t let me post without at least one! The worst experience I could have imagined at a storage facility. I sat at the gate for over an hour on the phone with a representative and an entry code that would not work. After telling her that I had typed in the code exactly as she had told me to and the gate would not open, she proceeded to ask if I had “typed in code xxxxx and the gate didn’t open?”.
