Had to wait a while to get in but it was well worth the wait. Evergreen Senior Living is the best. Very quiet complex, no insects found in my unit. Pest control regularly. People are very friendly. Office staff is excellent in helping with any situation you might have. Maintenance is right on time. I can't say enough about Evergreen, it's the best apartment home I have lived in. If you are senior and looking for low income, nice, quiet and well kept Apt Homes.call Evergreen at Longview.
I have lived at EVERGREEN since March of 2021. It has been the best living situation I've had. There are many activities available to participate in. It is a friendly community to enjoy your senior years.
Landscaping and gutter repair not done after several complaints. Makes front of apt look bad. Do not change air filters since covid
Evergreen is a great place! The manager is very sweet and helpful. The landscape is well maintained and the complex is specifically designed for senior living. They have alot of extra fun activities like Bingo, work outs, water aerobics, and more.
Love layout of place and the management is doing a super job
