Love living here’s. It’s not perfect but far better than anything else around. The location is close to all our needs. The apartment itself is roomy and cheerful. The office staff are courteous and helpful. The maintenance team go above and beyond to see that request are addressed quickly, All in all I can said this a great pace to live.
I moved here July 2022. I love it here at Evergreen and highly recommend this senior living location. It is very quiet and has a very secure feeling. Maintenance is above average, so caring and fast to answer a call. Maria and Joey are great also.
I love my apartment at Evergreen Rockwall. I've made wonderful friends here. Enjoy the planned activities. Awesome and responsive staff both in the office and maintenance department. Quiet and well maintained property.
I've been here 2 1/2 months and it has been good. The apartments and grounds are well kept and maintenance has been very good and prompt. I am happy here and will stay a long time.
