I have lived at Evergreen East Apartments for 6 years. I have a very nice updated apartment. Management is very helpful if there are any issues. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. The building is kept clean. I plan to stay here. There is the occasional loud music or loud people, but that is to be expected with apartment living.
The management here is very good. There's really not anything to complain about. The manager Judy is very fair and when you voice any concerns, it is taken care of within business hours. The place is free of pests or rodents so long as other renters do not bring it with them when they move in. My husband and I have lived here for 7 or 8 years now. We haven't had any problems or issues with the place. The only thing I can think of is our apartments are across from the other apartments and a lot of activity goes on over there.... read more

I love being here everyone is so nice. I love the manager that works in the office Judy she took me in when I really needed it & I will forever be grateful for that. You guys work with so much and I appreciate it! Thank you 🧡
It is a nice place to live. The staff is great. Any issues or concerns I may have are addressed immediately. Judy is wonderful. She treats me like a friend, not just a tenant.
