When he 1st moved there, things were a lot better than they are now. Since then things have definitely gone down hill. They are short staffed, food is horrible, we don’t get contacted about his care. Just 2 nights ago, he didn’t even get his evening meal. We filled out a survey and listed all of our concerns. We asked to be contacted and no one contacted us. It’s like they didn’t want to deal with it. At this point I would not recommend this facility. His room is very nice, which is the only positive thing I can say about it... read more
Evergreen is a lovely caring place for your loved one!! The rooms are well maintained and atmosphere is bright and cheerful!! The food is delicious and the staff is very nice!
Beautiful, clean facility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of activities. Move-in process was great!
I could not have chosen a better place to be. I am so impressed with the staff - their kindness and attention to the needs of the residents is superb.
