I lived at Everly for six months, and I can confidently say these are some of the best apartments I've ever stayed in! From day one, the move-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free—the leasing office team is simply top-notch. They are always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any questions. All of the staff here are the best! The maintenance guys have been so responsive and helpful! Issy gave us our initial tour and is the most genuine and kind person! She helped us with our move and has gone above and beyond to make sure we love our new home. The events here are so much fun and the amenities are incredible. We moved from a different southend apartment complex and the difference is night and day!!! Thank you Everly, we absolutely love our new home and community here.
This apartment has been an absolute dream to live in! Everyone is SO nice, accommodating, and makes you feel like you are immediately at home. The staff are beyond amazing and extremely helpful with whatever questions you have. Not to mention the Charleston vibe and decor of the building is unlike any other apartment I’ve seen! It is very clean and super quiet. Definitely would recommend to absolutely anyone looking to move to Charlotte!!!
The amenities are also a huge plus—clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus for everyday living. There's a real sense of community here, too. I've met some wonderful neighbors, and it's nice to feel like you're part of a place where people actually say hello and look out for each other. Incredible building with incredible staff!! Angie, Issy, Lindsay and maintenance team are exceptional and go above and beyond to make us all feel at home. Such a gorgeous property but it would be nothing without them!
