If you're looking for a place with countless amenities tailored to your interests and needs, spacious units that feel like home, friendly neighbors who always want to strike up conversation, and a loving staff that welcomes you and helps you with whatever you need, then Everly is the place for you! I love this place with all my heart and could not recommend living here enough!
I was the first person to move into my unit and I shortly began experiencing issues with my HVAC. Upon initial exploration by the maintenance team it was discovered that the HVAC unit had been installed incorrectly. This was never rectified (IT HAS BEEN A YEAR) after countless reports of insufficient heat or air conditioning. I moved in a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it here! The maintenance team is great and super quick with fixing stuff. The amenities are great and everyone is super friendly. All of the staff is so kind and helpful, which makes any minor problem that you have easily fixed. The apartments themselves are super nice and well built! I love the location and the community. We have a ton of community events which makes it’s easier to meet people. Overall, it’s one of the best places to live in Southend!
