This is truly the most special and perfect apartment complex. The staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, close knit environment, hosting thoughtful events that make it feel like so much more than just a place to live. I was the first person to move into my unit and I shortly began experiencing issues with my HVAC. Upon initial exploration by the maintenance team it was discovered that the HVAC unit had been installed incorrectly. This was never rectified (IT HAS BEEN A YEAR) after countless reports of insufficient heat or air conditioning. I was never compensated and expected to pay full rent - why should I have to pay for a not properly functioning unit? The continued “resolution” communicated was that I had been given a space heater. I have been here 8 months and it is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The staff is incredible, the residents are friendly, the building and amenities are top notch, and I have never once had a safety concern. There is a reason this building is over 90% full and all of the other ones built at the same time are under 70%. Do yourself a favor and move here.
I cannot say enough good things about living here!! The amenities are fabulous, the units are stunning and so well-built, and the residents are extremely friendly and welcoming!! And, of course, the staff is world class (shoutout to mama Issy ❤️). Definitely, definitely keep Everly at the top of your list if you're looking to live in South End!!
I’ve absolutely loved living here! The building staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I need — they truly make the community feel like home. The location is ideal, with all the best South End spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend living at the Everly!
