They provided stress free care for my toddler after his accident! Everything was so organized and prompt that I didn't have to take my focus off my boy to deal with all the other nonsense! Everything is beautiful and comfortable inside the facilities as well. Thank you Eversmiles for everything you have done for us!
I have been coming to Eversmiles for about 10 years, I have always loved it there. I am giving it a 3 star only because I am getting frustrated that you can’t get in for your 6 month cleanings. It’s at least 8 months to get back in. I understand that they are doing a big addition but don’t jeopardize the clients that you already because you are taking in more clients.
We just brought our daughter for her first appointment. Right away when you walk in, there’s fun toys and equipment for the kids to play with while you wait. For the little kids (1-2 year olds), you go in this small room with chairs and a couch to not overstimulate/scare the kids on their first few visits. Dr. Allison was so kind and helpful. Nice friendly staff. Big play area for children to have fun and interact while waiting. Our dentist Dr.A was amazing. She was quick and knowledgeable. Our baby is 17 month old and he did cry when she looked in his mouth, but he wasn’t hurt. He was just scared of her due to his age. She answered all of our questions and gave helpful tips to what the effect of a bottle vs sippy cup would do for his teeth development. So over all, 10 stars, I highly recommend them. Oh! I cannot say enough good things about Eversmiles. All of the staff, from the receptionists, dental techs and dentists are all ten star. My son had some pretty serious dental work that needed immediate attention and Dr. Allison and her staff made what could have been a traumatic experience both positive and pleasant.
