Hello, me experiencing with evertree has been a good one. I ended up in a situation where I could not pay a fee months in a row. IRENE Was the woman that took my call. I explained my situation and they really helped me out and were very kind and respectful to me. They helped me manage my payments, and when it was time to move out of the storage unit they were nothing but helpful. I recently got set up with a Unit Here with the help of Patricia Aguiran. She was very helpful and aided my search for the right unit. I was able to do everything over the phone and was still able to access my unit later on without having to go to anyone else first.

I don't recommend using Evertree Self Storage. The main reason I will never use them again is because a couple weeks after having moved my stuff there from a clean apartment, I found roaches in my storage unit. By the time I was able to go through it to see what could be safely moved to a new location and what had to be thrown away, I had to dispose of pretty much everything. Be safe and protect your assets and get fully sealable containers to prevent things like this from happening to you.
