This morning I called to get set up as a new patient, and I just wanted to say the person I spoke with, Megan, I believe, made the experience super pleasant . She was really patient while we tried to work through some scheduling conflicts, and even though I wasn’t able to get scheduled because my availability doesn't line up with the therapist in network with my insurance, I still really appreciated the effort she put in to try to make it work. My therapist has been incredibly supportive and intentional about creating a safe space for me. They consistently ask for feedback and truly care about making sure I feel heard, comfortable, and respected. I’ve never felt judged. Only supported and understood. Tried to get appointment recent sorrow in family. My doctor said she would make personal call because she heard it was hard to make appt. and front desk would make it difficult. Yes, beyond hard. My doctor contacted the provider and then told me to call directly-this will work and I can set up a time. But I did call and the office didn't answer the phone-twice. I love, love, love, my therapist! Deb is one of the most kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring people that I've ever worked with. I know one day that I'll have to say goodbye to her because of how great she is at her job. I hate to think about that day but, I can't wait for the other people that will greatly benefit from the skills that she will give them too. Until that day comes. I have had an incredible experience at Everwood mental health. My therapist is a very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful person. I have learned so many valuable skills that have allowed me to improve my life and feel better. The facility is clean and comforting. Making appointments has never been a problem, and it's nice to have telehealth appointments available if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for meaningful counseling.
