We've been here many times and have always had a good experience. Quick, thorough and got us fixed up right away. Im extremely grateful for this team. Today we went in thinking my daughter had a simple uti, they made sure to address everything turns out she had appendicitis and needed surgery. They were so kind, and called every area hospital got us set up at Midland Memorial and she was in surgery 2 hours later. I like to thank Deedra and Bethany for a great service. Specially for all you do, Excel ER is the best place in town, very professional and nice employees. Elizabeth you are doing a great job. Dr. OGUNLEYE and Rachelle I appreciate all you do for our people. Its nice to walk in to a place and they know your name and how you handle your billing. Its very appreciate ir. Had an animal bite on Thanksgiving day that looked infected. Every place was closed. And even though they don't take Medicare, I went. Wonderful staff and great doctor, and they took excellent care of me. O would recommend highly.

The staff was amazing! They were very thorough and caring and concerned. I was checked out and had scans done quickly. Results also came on quickly! Every member I came in contact with was caring and compassionate.

Deedra was so kind , Gerardo made sure I knew exactly what was going on when he did my ct, and Dr Okovie was so comforting, but the nurse Miss Vickie was amazing, she constantly checked on me and made sure I had everything to make me feel better.Thank you for taking care of me in my time of need
