My experience was good. I was pleased. The doctor, nurses, staff were professional & very curtious. I would gladly revisit your facility again. Initially I had doubts about getting good service. Now I know I will be in good hands while visiting Excel ER. Thank you to all the staff. The blank Star only means that there is always room for improvement & it's obvious the facility does strive to be the best!🙂

We've been here many times and have always had a good experience. Quick, thorough and got us fixed up right away. Im extremely grateful for this team. Today we went in thinking my daughter had a simple uti, they made sure to address everything turns out she had appendicitis and needed surgery. They were so kind, and called every area hospital got us set up at Midland Memorial and she was in surgery 2 hours later. I like to thank Deedra and Bethany for a great service. Specially for all you do, Excel ER is the best place in town, very professional and nice employees. Elizabeth you are doing a great job. Dr. OGUNLEYE and Rachelle I appreciate all you do for our people. Its nice to walk in to a place and they know your name and how you handle your billing. Its very appreciate ir. The staff was amazing! They were very thorough and caring and concerned. I was checked out and had scans done quickly. Results also came on quickly! Every member I came in contact with was caring and compassionate.
