Deedra was so kind , Gerardo made sure I knew exactly what was going on when he did my ct, and Dr Okovie was so comforting, but the nurse Miss Vickie was amazing, she constantly checked on me and made sure I had everything to make me feel better.Thank you for taking care of me in my time of need

They were ever friendly. Took care of me in a timely manner. Highly recommend them to anyone who is needing an urgent care center.

Patricia front desk was very courteous. I felt very welcome with her. Nurse Kai and radiology tech Gerardo were nice , patient and attentive . Er physician is amazing Dr Sheppard was quick and easy to understand the diagnosis. God bless them all!

Deedra at the front desk and Cy, my nurse, were both wonderful — kind, attentive, and very professional. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for, which I really appreciated. My only concern is with the doctors. I’ve been here twice now, and both times it felt like they were relying on me to figure out what was wrong. They would ask what I thought the issue might be, and when I shared my symptoms and what I was worried about, I’d get a quick, “No, it can’t be that,” with little to no explanation. I want to thank Gerardo Arzate for doing a presentation at my job. I never thought I’d need to visit the ER, but when I did, I was greeted warmly by Sonja, who made me feel welcomed. Dr. Sheppard quickly put me at ease, and Alex, the nurse, was absolutely awesome. The care I received was kind, professional, and fast there were no wait times at all. I will definitely return if needed and will recommend Excel ER to everyone I know.
