I like to thank Deedra and Bethany for a great service. Specially for all you do, Excel ER is the best place in town, very professional and nice employees. Elizabeth you are doing a great job. Dr. OGUNLEYE and Rachelle I appreciate all you do for our people. Its nice to walk in to a place and they know your name and how you handle your billing. Its very appreciate ir. Keep up the great job. Blessings for this incredible medical place.

The staff was amazing! They were very thorough and caring and concerned. I was checked out and had scans done quickly. Results also came on quickly! Every member I came in contact with was caring and compassionate.

Deedra at the front desk and Cy, my nurse, were both wonderful — kind, attentive, and very professional. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for, which I really appreciated. My only concern is with the doctors. I’ve been here twice now, and both times it felt like they were relying on me to figure out what was wrong. They would ask what I thought the issue might be, and when I shared my symptoms and what I was worried about, I’d get a quick, “No, it can’t be that,” with little to no explanation. I love this place. Deedra was amazing from the start and so sweet/friendly/inviting. Vickie/Rochelle were a big help and knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. O is amazing and a gentle giant!!! I love this staff/team. They were quick and made me feel like a person/family not just another patient. I will always come back here. Hopefully not too soon but this is the first place I would recommend to anyone to come to.
