I went to Excel ER during the middle of the week 06-2026, with a broken elbow. I was in sort of denial about the extent of the injury. The staff at Excel ER treated me with dignity and utmost care. They diagnosed, splinted, advised me on what happens next. I certainly did not know. It was my first time to an ER for an injury. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs care. ❤️‍🩹

I’ve had a great experience here every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and they make sure you’re taken care of. Best part is you’re in and out without long wait times. Definitely recommend!

The folks that work here are phenomenal, and very friendly. I didn't wait long at all to be seen, and they promptly fixed me up. I had stopped somewhere else first, and they turned me away, because they said they couldn't fix me. Going forward, this will be my go to for help. They even had me laughing the whole time I was there, and remembered me when I came back. If you need prompt medical attention, and dont want to deal with those expensive hospitals, I'd definitely recommend Excel ER

My 22 month old son was very "off" that whole day....very lethargic, vomitting, drooling more than usual. The paramedics said it wasn't life threatening, so I took him Excel. We were welcomed by a kind young man at the front desk. He was well-mannered and communicated quickly with the medical team about what was going on with my son. The nurses were out promptly after they heard and they were absolutely fantastic!! One was very serious and I could tell she wanted my baby to be as comfy safe as possible. I was admitted pretty quick. Dr & nurses & staff were very nice, very accommodating would check on me very often. Dr didn’t allow for me to leave until he had done everything in his power to get to the bottom line of my symptoms/condition. Then he followed up the following day to make I’m doing okay or if there was any questions he didn’t get to answer. That’s how a healthcare facility should be ran. Awesome job Dr. O. Definitely recommend going here if you need anything.
