My 22 month old son was very "off" that whole day....very lethargic, vomitting, drooling more than usual. The paramedics said it wasn't life threatening, so I took him Excel. We were welcomed by a kind young man at the front desk. He was well-mannered and communicated quickly with the medical team about what was going on with my son. I was admitted pretty quick. Dr & nurses & staff were very nice, very accommodating would check on me very often. Dr didn’t allow for me to leave until he had done everything in his power to get to the bottom line of my symptoms/condition. Then he followed up the following day to make I’m doing okay or if there was any questions he didn’t get to answer. That’s how a healthcare facility should be ran. Awesome job Dr. O. Definitely recommend going here if you need anything.
We've been here many times and have always had a good experience. Quick, thorough and got us fixed up right away. Im extremely grateful for this team. Today we went in thinking my daughter had a simple uti, they made sure to address everything turns out she had appendicitis and needed surgery. They were so kind, and called every area hospital got us set up at Midland Memorial and she was in surgery 2 hours later. I'll forever be grateful that they took the time to listen, run necessary test and got my baby the help she neede... read more
My experience was good. I was pleased. The doctor, nurses, staff were professional & very curtious. I would gladly revisit your facility again. Initially I had doubts about getting good service. Now I know I will be in good hands while visiting Excel ER. Thank you to all the staff. The blank Star only means that there is always room for improvement & it's obvious the facility does strive to be the best!🙂
They got me in and out quickly! Everyone was very kind from the receptionist to the nurse. The doctor was so nice! His bedside manner was excellent!
