Noah was exceptional—kind, calming, and incredibly helpful during what was a very stressful time. He explained everything clearly, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I truly hope no one ever has to face a situation like ours, but if you do, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They are simply the best.
We had significant water damage in our powder room that also affected the basement ceiling. Noah and Kevin came out quickly to assess the situation, walk us through the mitigation plan, and explain everything clearly. Alex and Luke then handled the mitigation—carefully sectioning off the area, sterilizing, and setting up fans. The whole team was diligent, organized, and left everything spotless. They were also incredibly kind and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend them!
Found out that I had water damage and mold issue that needed to be addressed. Was referred to Excel Restoration and so happy I was! Jay came out, assessed the damage and explained everything to me!
