Justin and Luis came to my home for a flood in 3 story home. I am simply amazed and proud of how hard Justin and Luis worked to clean and remove all the affected rooms. I am very grateful for Excel sending me Justin to my home. He is a very nice person , answered all of my questions perfectly. Alex was out this morning to do some water mitigation after our tub drain did some pretty extensive damage. He was efficient, thorough in explaining the process and did a great job keeping the rest of our area as clean as possible (this is a storage area so space is tight). He was excellent at communicating appointment times and was able to work around my husband and my very busy schedules. I would recommend Excel Restoration and would use them again if needed!
Noah was our project manager, and from the very first phone call he made a stressful situation so much easier. We woke up to our son telling us there was water coming through the light fixture in our basement, and it turned out to be a failed ice maker line from our refrigerator. Justin was simply amazing ! He and his crew worked extremely hard to clean up a flood in my basement . 7 rooms plus two large hallways. The guys were extremely patient , answered all of of my questions. They worked long days , and very hard to take care of my furniture and protected everything as if it were their own home.
