I scheduled an appointment pretty effortlessly online and submitted all my information. Place was super clean and I was called in within 15 minutes. I saw the PA and she was efficient and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. Def recommend
0 Stars! This place used to be a good facility. My husband had a bad spill on the ice and went there to be checked out. They did not even perform any of vitals. No blood pressure measurement was taken etc. They basically told him he had bursitis on his elbow and sent him away. After the elbow injury continued to get worse and the pain in his back also worsened he eventually went for imaging at another facility. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. It would have been helpful if when you made an appt for supposed flu or covid symptoms that they would tell you they're out of tests so they can't help you. But the pain didn't stop there - the PA I met with told me to take any over the counter cold / flu meds to help with symptoms. When I let her know that I was still breastfeeding she said that didn't matter and all over the counter drugs are considered safe. I found it to be very efficient and helpful. I showed up at the time I scheduled online, they took be right on time, and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Everything was explained to me, all ready at the pharmacy when I arrived, couldn't really as for more. Thank you and your staff at Urgent Care in Chester for your help.
Front desk staff was the only nice part of this visit. The PA jumped to assumptions instead of actually listening to me. She flat out said “are you claiming you’re not feeling well because your toddler has an ear infection? Hmm?” Waste of money, waste of time, awful patient care.
