First things first, I'd give negative stars if I could! This place has gone downhill over the years. Becoming dirtier and dirtier. Stains on seats, dirty base moldings, picture frames cracked and missing some sides, and it hasn't ever been repinted. I made an appointment online for 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:25, yes later than I wanted to, but there was one person in the waiting room who had a 10:40 appointment. I'm so happy I found this urgent care. I was able to get an appt. Within an hour and the person on the phonr was so helpful. When I got there the staff and Drs. were so friendly and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was happy to find an urgent care that took my insurance. When I arrived it wasn't too crowded. I did not have an appointment and the receptionist helped me download the forms that I needed to sign in. I was seen within a half an hour. Everyone was very professional and set my mind at ease. They are faxing the results of my tests to my Doctor.

I have been to Excel Urgent Care many times for myself and my family members. The front desk staff is always personable and helpful. The nurses and doctors are always professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility.

I felt I might have an inner ear infection and was scheduled that day for a tooth extraction. Do I tan to urgent care to see if I had an infection and if do can I go through the extraction. The young lady ( PA ) cached me out and said I had no infection and could go through my dental appointment which was an hour later. Very nice lady, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable. I love this location
