I came in with no voice and feeling quite under the weather. The receptionist checked me in and seemed friendly enough. I looked around the waiting room thinking how nice of an environment it was compared to other urgent cares I’ve been to. The medical tech who took me in was lovely to chat with. The PA who came in next seemed pleasant, a young blonde woman in her 30s, I don’t remember her name although she did introduce herself. Excellent care! The people were friendly and did a thorough exam. 😊💕 They were able to figure out what was wrong with me and ordered medicine to my pharmacy. Very happy with the care I recieved.
The Physician and supporting staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very genuine indeed. The office was clean and everyone seemed to follow protocols. I am very grateful as they also made me feel more calm in a place I normally don’t. I highly recommend this office.
I have been a client of Excel urgent care for many years… I have not had a single issue with my care. I always find them welcoming, receptive, and understanding,, I have unfortunately had many stitches put in over the years and have not ever had a single issue. I had an excellent visit today for a pre-employment physical. Everyone in the office was great and they didn’t outstanding job. They were warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.
