I’m visiting from Florida and had a cold for over a week. I chose Excellent Urgent Care because of the high rating. I was seen within10 minutes of my arrival and was on my way in 20 minutes. Everyone who interacted with me was professional and friendly. The doctor was very nice, thorough and had a wonderful “bed side manner”. I felt she really listened to me and my concerns. I was so happy with the experience I took a card if I ever need them again. Thank you all.
Staff were welcoming; waiting room wait time was about 10 minutes. Then in the treatment room nurse immediately started taking vitals and the doctor came in shortly and began treatment. Very pleased with the service.
Everyone was nice. Dr listened and gave good advice. I was shocked that only the dr was wearing a mask- and just on his mouth not his nose. I came in with a highly contagious condition. I’m baffled as to why the staff wouldn’t want to protect themselves and their other patients. In a health care facility everyone should be wearing masks out of care for each other.
Wait was fine and making an appointment was easy. The staff were unhelpful in making a diagnosis or at the very least helping to understand the diagnosis. My pharmacy never received my prescription and I had to call them again to sort out the issue. The person at the front desk couldn't figure out what my copay should be and while waiting I overheard the staff joking about how they would get a raise if they could get through patients faster.
I am very happy with how Excel Urgent Care treated me. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Dr. Rodriguez quickly made sure he could treat me first before anything which I truly appreciate. He then made the necessary procedure as painless as possible (to which he did a great job of) and continuously asked me about my comfort throughout. I left before the hour was done. He prescribed me medication and the nurse recommended a more affordable pharmacy to pick it up. I am very happy with this visit.
