I had made an appointment and was taken in immediately. The technician who took my history and vitals was very thorough and considerate. I was tested for flu, covid and strep. The doctor stood in the doorway and told me that the test was positive for flu and since it was a virus there was nothing she could do.That was it. I wasn't examined at all. I would have thought she would at least have listened to my lungs but she didn't even enter the room.
Doctor Rodriguez was one of the best doctors! He was so kind and helpful. He was able to communicate to me in Spanish and provide the appropriate information! Additionally, the nurses and front desk were so kind!
We are not from the area and my little guy was not feeling well. We were able to be seen almost right away and with a CVS just down the road it made our experience that much easier. The staff was very efficient, from the check in process- to the provider; all very professional, and helpful.
Excellent care! The people were friendly and did a thorough exam. 😊💕 They were able to figure out what was wrong with me and ordered medicine to my pharmacy. Very happy with the care I recieved.
The Physician and supporting staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very genuine indeed. The office was clean and everyone seemed to follow protocols. I am very grateful as they also made me feel more calm in a place I normally don’t. I highly recommend this office.
