My first experience here was with an online appointment. I registered online, arrived the requested 15 minutes earlier and was sent to a room right away. There were no other patients waiting. Receptionist was pleasant. The person who took my vitals and info was also nice, thorough, patient. I saw Nurse Practitioner, Nicole. She was nice, professional, informative. For all the staff I saw was the politeness genuine or trying to be polite for job, I'm not quite sure. I can see where many good reviews are written.... but..... read more
I am very happy with how Excel Urgent Care treated me. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Dr. Rodriguez quickly made sure he could treat me first before anything which I truly appreciate. He then made the necessary procedure as painless as possible (to which he did a great job of) and continuously asked me about my comfort throughout. I left before the hour was done. He prescribed me medication and the nurse recommended a more affordable pharmacy to pick it up. I am very happy with this visit.
Janeth my nurse was excellent. Gentle caring and very informative. Gave eye contact and moved swiftly but with patience. Dr Rodriguez is fantastic with children and adults. Very humble crew with much respect. Many blessings to all.
Im new to the area. Needed some quick and relatively easy medical attention. Excel was AWESOME! Easy to make an appt online (or they appear to do walk-in as well). Front desk was super friendly, got me processed lightening quick and was immediately taken back. Attending nurse was also super friendly. Dr. Rodriguez was AMAZING! He asked thoughtful questions, and spent an appropriate amount of time explaining what I needed to do, and answering my questions. If I could make him my primary care, I would. Seriously. A very quick process.. they didn't do much. Especially the doctor. They will talk about you as if you cannot hear them. The nurses are great!!! Very kind, very warm loved her so much. Not a very welcoming receptionist. Nonetheless, they were efficient and effective.
