My daughter received excellent care at Excel Urgent Care of Howard Beach. We did not have to wait long to be seen. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was very attentive to my daughter’s concerns. Overall it was a positive experience.

This urgent care took care of me in 2 ways!. I had an bathroom emergency while I was driving my bus and decided to stop infront of this urgent care to use there facilities. Later that night I needed to return to this wonderful location due to feeling very ill. They took me as their last patient for the day! I got lucky to be able to have been taken care of by their staff. From the very sweet receptionist to the doctor!.They not only provide a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. I had a very good experience at Excel Urgent Care. Miriam the receptionist was extremely helpful and answered my questions. She was very knowledgeable and polite. The nurse and PA who examined me were very professional and addressed my concerns. Good to know we have a place in the community that can address our needs in a timely manner. Thank you!

I was told by the receptionist there would be about a 45 min wait. I asked if I could step out and return within that time frame. Yes that would be fine Was the response. Better than that, they were ready in 30 mins and I received a courtesy call to return. I was taken in immediately and seen by the PA within 5 mins.

Staff were extremely nice and very efficient. The receptionist was very polite. My wait time was very short and I didn’t have to wait hours to see a doctor.
