Hi tonight I walked in urgent care because I wasn’t feeling well they quickly took my name and date of birth bc Im a patient there . I didn’t have to wait long it was fast the doctors and physician assistant was very informative they tested me for Covid and flu thankgod it was negative . They told me to rest and send my prescription to CVs for me to take .. they are the Best I go to them all the time thank you …
I just had a phenomenal experience here, today, a little while ago. Jami and Yasmeen are at the front desk. Jami did vitals and was so sweet, fast efficient and detailed oriented. Dont play with Yasmeen, she bangs out doctors letters and copay letters in mere seconds! Shes great! I sat in the room for like 3 minutes and in comes Dr. Sam who is also very efficient, listens to details, caring, and takes his time making sure you are heard. I made an appointment the day before for 11am.I got there 10:40 am they took me in at 10:45am.The young lady that helped me asked numerous questions regarding my visit,which then she prepped the P.A who was on staff.He came in gave me a full examination and came up with a diagnosis. I honestly coukd say this is the best Urgent Care I've gone to.The young lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Would like to thank the entire staff.HIGHLY recommend!
Yasmin was the nicest nurse. She has such great professional skills. She was so kind she listened. She really should get great accommodations from her manager.
Front desk and Dr. were great. Dr. immediately knew I had an ear infection and provided treatment accordingly. This is my third time coming here and recommend others to do the same if you're not feeling well or if your PCP has a 1+ hour wait.
