Hi I’ve been to Excel Urgent Care of New Hyde Park twice now. I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the care that they show. The first time I took my spouse to there because our primary doctor was unavailable and the second time was for myself again doctor was unavailable. I had an excellent experience with Seth, the medical assistant. From the moment he greeted me, he was incredibly attentive, personable, and pleasant. He took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything clearly. His warm and professional demeanor made my visit so much easier. This place is an amazing place!!!! The staff is so nice and Seth the MA is such a pleasure!! He helps make the experience better. When most people are going to urgent care it’s because of a health concern…but when you have a great team attending to you, it can ease that stress. This is the place for the care and compassion

I can’t thank this urgent care enough. My husband was sick for the past couple of days that I skipped urgent care and took him to the emergency room in manhasset. While they were fast and wonderful, they misdiagnosed him and told him to take OTC medication and rest, which he was already doing. Next day, he felt worse.
