Had to take my mom to be seen. Filled out forms on line before coming in. smooth process when arrived at place. Friendly staff. Seth the medical assistant is fantastic. He makes you feel at ease. He explained things prior to doing them. Thorough.... Had to get an x-ray done for mom. they provided script and off we went. such an seamless process
I came to Excel Urgent Care for a back problem. I was in crippling pain and I couldn’t even stand up straight. It hurt so bad I got physically sick. I made a last minute appointment for 10:05 am. when i arrived after seeing how much pain i was truly in and getting some information, they sent me back immediately instead of waiting for my time. I never leave reviews, but in this case I have to. The "doctor" I got was beyond rude, talked down to me and was slightly aggressive toward me. I understand it was toward the end of the day and all but all I literally did nothing to deserve this treatment. Then prescribed me a medicine with very little knowledge of even what I have. No thank you I will go to a different urgent care. Front desk people were fine tho and so was the nurse before the "doctor" came in. I do not recommend.
I went to urgent care my shoulder was hurting. The young ladies were pleasant and very welcome in any questions I had they were responsive to it so I talked to the doctor. It was very nice conversation. Thank you for taking the time to service me that means a lot.
Hi I’ve been to Excel Urgent Care of New Hyde Park twice now. I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the care that they show. The first time I took my spouse to there because our primary doctor was unavailable and the second time was for myself again doctor was unavailable. Low wait time, the nurses on both times were caring, friendly and professional. The same can be said in regard to the doctors as well.
