The front desk staff and the MA were beyond nice and very professional. The entire process was seamless. I waited about 5 minutes before seeing the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manners.
Everyone was very kind at the urgent care facility. The receptionist was very nice she explained everything to me. The nurse was very professional when taking vitals and administering tests. The doctor was very thorough and he took a concern about my well being. I will definitely go back to that facility again. I will recommend my friends to that location as well. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
Dr Delille was great. He was very friendly, personable and thorough. He made my son feel at ease and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
First I would like to say the staff there is very pleasant and professional. Seth is one of the most knowledgeable MA I have ever come across. Seth asked all the important question and perform what ever test needed in a very pleasant manner. Dr. Delille is also excellent, and professional. I left the office more at ease. After taking the medics prescribed my pain have gone down tremendously. Thank you to all the staff the contributed to my care.
The appointment times were perfect. I went there yesterday because I wasn’t feeling well and they literally saved my day. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They were very attentive to my needs and how I was feeling I’ve never had an issue any time I’ve came here for whatever medical emergency I’ve had, but Excel always has my back!
