Hi I’ve been to Excel Urgent Care of New Hyde Park twice now. I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the care that they show. The first time I took my spouse to there because our primary doctor was unavailable and the second time was for myself again doctor was unavailable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything clearly. His warm and professional demeanor made my visit so much easier. The team there was caring, patient and professional. They're skilled and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the patient care my daughter received. I've been going there for years and never had a bad experience.
Everyone at Excel Urgent care are very kind and professional. The front desk staff are always prompt and courteous. Today I was seen by Sam/Physician Asst who took his time explaining what was wrong and the best treatment plan.
