This was one of the worst medical experiences I ever had. I went in with my husband for us to both be seen. The nurse that came in first had zero personality and was borderline rude. The doctor came in and did not even examine my husband. He asked his symptoms and told him sinusitis and waved his hand off to him as he told him to take antibiotics. As far as myself he at least listened to my lungs. It felt super rushed and careless. If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend AT ALL
This is not my first rodeo with this place. I went long ago and had bronchitis, they swore it was viral and would NOT prescribe me antibiotics. 1 week later I had pneumonia. Went to my primary and was told because they would not prescribe antibiotics it turned into walking pneumonia. Today my daughter is sick, figured you give them another shot, my daughter has bronchitis and the dr deemed it viral, just like the last time I was diagnosed. Not a great experience. The facility needs upkeep for sure. The checkup room I was asked to wait at was dirty, overflowing garbage bin, rubbish on the floor and hairballs - as if not attended to for weeks! I really wanted to walk out. And as luck would have it - their cray machine had issues and the doctor never got to see the image while I was asked to wait. Everytime I've had to come, process had been extremely smooth. I've made appts but shown up early and have been taken in such a fast timely manner. Staff is extremely nice and attentive. Never had an issue for myself or children.
I’ve been to the Old Bridge location a few times and the staff there are all very nice and efficient. Wait time is pretty quick. The place is clean and well maintained. The NP is also super sweet & listens to make sure she addresses all of your concerns before giving you treatment options if needed.
