I was a walk in but the staff was very friendly & helpful. The wait wasn't that long either. You can wait at home if your close by. They'll call you when it's your turn. Both Nurse & Dr were very thorough & informative. If you can't make it to your primary I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
(10/20) Went in for a virus that won’t go away after reading some great recent reviews. Had to agree. The front desk staff was wonderful. The med tech was attentive and the PA was very thorough. Although there wasn’t a lot of treatment for a virus, I was able to get great feedback on what I could do to start feeling better asap. Appreciate the wonderful service. The waiting room was warm but clean. Everyone was seen very quickly and there were no more than 2 people in the waiting room at any time.
I was helping a friend, she asked me to give her a ride. This is a small urgent care, and Appointments are required here, but you can make the appointment right there, they have a QR code posted on the reception window. They process new patients and appointments pretty fast. My friend said that the nurse was nice. Overall We spent here about an hour from walking in and knowing nothing till the appointment was completed. The 1st experience at this place was good. Old Bridge, New Jersey
Brought my very sick 16yo son to this office today and we had the pleasure of being taken care of by the NP Lauren . She was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough, compassionate and took all the time I needed to listen to my concerns, explain things to me and advise me on the best care for my son. The other staff we dealt with were also wonderful! The receptionist was sweet and efficient, and the assistant was very compassionate as well.
After being turned away from 2 other clinics because they were closing I called Excel. They explained as long as I got there before 9 pm I was OK. I was assisted by a really nice receptionist when I got there wait time was short. The nurse that took my height and weight/ vitals was not that nice. I think she had a long day. The PA was very nice and thorough. I would definitely recommend.
