Nurse Diaz and the woman working the were so friendly and kind. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to express my concerns. She made me feel that she really cared for my well-being and it made the experience that much easier. I’ll definitely be back.
I was helping a friend, she asked me to give her a ride. This is a small urgent care, and Appointments are required here, but you can make the appointment right there, they have a QR code posted on the reception window. They process new patients and appointments pretty fast. My friend said that the nurse was nice. Overall We spent here about an hour from walking in and knowing nothing till the appointment was completed. The 1st experience at this place was good. Old Bridge, New Jersey
This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care and I found The Dr to be great. His bedside manners were excellent which in today’s world it really helps. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. His recommendations worked and he did not pushback on my request. I would not hesitate in using them again in the future.
Check in was easy and I saw doctor shortly thereafter. Doctor spent enough time to adequately learn of my issue and to provide needed path forward. She answered all of my questions completely (I had several) and didn’t rush out. Very happy with entire experience.
I would truly avoid this urgent care there are so many other places to go to within the area. The worse urgent care experience I have ever had. They claimed to send my prescription at 12 noon. I went to the pharmacy at 8pm and the pharmacy still didn’t have it a whole 8 hours later. I called the urgent care they reassured me it was there. And the pharmacy still didn’t get anything.
