I’ve been to the Old Bridge location a few times and the staff there are all very nice and efficient. Wait time is pretty quick. The place is clean and well maintained. The NP is also super sweet & listens to make sure she addresses all of your concerns before giving you treatment options if needed.
I waited a half hour even though I had an appointment. The doctor came in thinking I was a different patient, she didn’t have any of her equipment so she had to leave and come back. I told her I had had a bad cold for 3-4 weeks that was now getting worse and I had both a head cold and a chest cold. She then asked if I had pounding pressure in my head from my sinuses I said no, but that i did in the beginning but it has since just been congestion in my nose and post nasal drip. Mary was the best medical assistant I have ever encountered. You can tell she truly cares—one of the nicest people I’ve met. She was working both the front desk and the back with no help, and still managed everything so well. She absolutely deserves a raise! Mary is an incredible person who made me feel comfortable at a time when I was about to have a panic attack during my blood draw. I didn’t feel the needle at all NP Diaz was also wonderful— my friend told me to ask for Mary , and now I understand why.
I was helping a friend, she asked me to give her a ride. This is a small urgent care, and Appointments are required here, but you can make the appointment right there, they have a QR code posted on the reception window. They process new patients and appointments pretty fast. My friend said that the nurse was nice. Overall We spent here about an hour from walking in and knowing nothing till the appointment was completed. The 1st experience at this place was good. Old Bridge, New Jersey
The front desk was helpful. Dr Randolph was so nice and caring. Diagnosed me and i left with a prescription to help me over the weekend until i see my primary doctor. Loved the tv in exam room and the Halloween decor.
