The staff was very attentive and fast on my visit tonight. I was very stressed, sick, and my nerves were very high, but the receptionist Christina took the extra minute to personally accommodate me with some warm tea before my check in. The nurse and doctor Jamin were also very empathetic to my needs. I’ve been coming here since the start of COVID and have never had any complaints thus far. Thank you to the staff for the reassurance that my illness wasn’t severe.
I was helping a friend, she asked me to give her a ride. This is a small urgent care, and Appointments are required here, but you can make the appointment right there, they have a QR code posted on the reception window. They process new patients and appointments pretty fast. My friend said that the nurse was nice. Overall We spent here about an hour from walking in and knowing nothing till the appointment was completed. The 1st experience at this place was good. Old Bridge, New Jersey
Receptionist was super sweet, sympathetic and very helpful. I was taken to a room immediately and had my stats taken, medical reviewed and shortly thereafter, seen by a PA. She was able to diagnose quickly and accurately. Overall, I was VERY pleased with my visit. 👏👏♥️
I was a walk in but the staff was very friendly & helpful. The wait wasn't that long either. You can wait at home if your close by. They'll call you when it's your turn. Both Nurse & Dr were very thorough & informative. If you can't make it to your primary I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
