The Dr and the staff were so nice and so helpful a complete difference from City MD in Massapequa park -who only care about getting paid - they won’t let you see the Dr unless you pay upfront!!! So much for Doctors Oath Anyway, Excel Urgent Care blows them away!! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes I saw the doctor. He was knowledgeable and professional and friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about the whole staff at Excel!! They were Great. I highly recommend them!!
I walked in around 12:30 on a Wednesday. There was no waiting time. I was in the doctors office within three minutes after showing my insurance and photo ID. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all really nice and professional. I definitely recommend this location.
I have two little kids. Excel is wonderful with them both! We have been a few times and Everytime was excellent. They are kind, efficient and caring.
Loved this place. The front desk/MA was really kind and helpful during my visit and he was really fast within 10 minutes. He registered me and also took my vitals and tested me. I highly recommend this place.
The staff here are wonderful. Front desk, medical assistants, and doctors are all very friendly and are a breath of fresh air especially for an urgent care clinic. Highly recommend going here next time you’re sick.
