It’s been YEARS since I was comfortable with a dental office. Excellence truly lives up to its name. The Cottage Grove location has seen myself and my 5 year old. My 5 year old was a first-timer and I was pretty nervous. The team was AMAZING with her and she made it through that appointment completely comfortable and even enjoyed a few laughs! I have been going to Excellence in dentistry for a couple of years. I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years due to having extremely high dental anxiety and very past dental experiences. Dr. Batchelor and the dental hygiene staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They are willing to work with you and have a lot of patient and understanding. If you have high dental anxiety let them know. It is the first time I found I was able to trust and share this experience.
Had a great first visit at Excellence in Dentistry. Perfect mix of professionalism and personal touch. Denny, the hygienist, did a great job explaining every step of the imaging and cleaning process and Dr. Sauve was clearly knowledgeable and very friendly..
First time visit to the Cottage Grove location of Excellence in Dentistry, seeing Dr. Edwin Batchelor. I was quite impressed with the thorough checkup and clear explanations of all the diagnostic results. I’m very happy with the choice and look forward to my 6 month checkup next fall!
I am treated like Family. Char is my hygienist and she remembers everything about me. I enjoy my visits and can relax because I don't need to worry about being poked in the gums.
