It’s been YEARS since I was comfortable with a dental office. Excellence truly lives up to its name. The Cottage Grove location has seen myself and my 5 year old. My 5 year old was a first-timer and I was pretty nervous. The team was AMAZING with her and she made it through that appointment completely comfortable and even enjoyed a few laughs! My hygienist, Denny and Dr. Bachelor were both amazing. Explained what was next, laughed and conversed with me, and educated me on strategies for my health. Thank you for an all around excellent service and experience as your patient!
My elderly mother was getting food stuck between her back molars and really struggling. After exploring our options, the dentist widened the gap between her two molars during our visit so we didn't have to make another appointment. THANK YOU for savings us money and not making us come back at a later date. We REALLY appreciate you going above and beyond!!
I had my teeth cleaned today and Char did a great job. Char is very efficient and does a great job. I love her personality and she is very friendly and professional. I love the approach she takes to cleaning my teeth. Not alot of picking of the teeth. Gene Q
