I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. After being seen I was supposed to have gotten a follow up appointment and a referral for physical therapy. The woman at the desk 👩🏿🦱 had me waiting over 30 minutes for this and called patients ahead of me which I had been waiting longer than them. I never got my follow up appointment nor physical therapy referral so I left. I’m never coming here again. 90 minutes of my time wasted.
It was a pleasant experience to work with this location. The doctors, nurses, not forgetting the janitors are very professional and courteous . They helped in every step of my recovery and therapy, the most important part is that they were so focused in my progress. The exhibited positive thoughts and care towards my recovery! A big thank you to everyone!!!!
Excelsia Glen Burnie is the best physical therapy department that I have been to. Staff very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Debbie, Sandra, Sierra, Emily, Rajul Shah, Paul and Ashley for the excellent care I received. Great experience!
I would definitely recommend Excelsia to others. They were helping me for over three months. The entire experience was excellent. The improvements made at that location are amazing. I went there years ago and wasn’t very satisfied. Went back this year and everything was perfect. You show up an appointment and they would see you early, which is very helpful to someone that works seven days a week. The staff was very knowledgeable, Helpful and very friendly. Thank you for helping me heal my injuries.
Dr. Dunn is the absolute best doctor ever. He was very patient and caring. He explained every option to me, and listened to all my concerns.
