My experience was very positive with Excelsior Injury Care Randallstown. Dr. Imoke, MD and Dr. Rittenhouse, Chiropractor are very professional and caring. The staff also is terrific. I would highly recommend this provider for anyone in need of medical attention following a motor vehicle accident. Mamadou

I wish I could give no stars but the one star will do. This is THE WORST place to work. They allow their employees to be mistreated and verbally abused by patients, attorneys, and paralegals. If you make complaints to them about it they tell you “That’s our bread and butter” or “That’s how we make our money”. This office has amazing staff. Josh and the new girl that works in the back area are great additions to the office. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the wait time for physical therapy other than that there’s no issues.

Let me just say this is the best office I’ve been to in a long time. Joshua is AWESOME. I know I might get on his nerves by keep calling about my schedule that he’s already given me multiple time but he never makes me feel like I’m getting on his nerves. He’s always so friendly, even when other aren’t so friendly towards him. Ashleen is a great office manager. I’ve called several times to speak with her about paper work that I needed to be filled out and she has not once gave me attitude. Russel is so patient even with them ... read more
