The team has been very efficient and sufficient in the operations of their office. They are always willing to be flexible and supportive to their clients needs. Their response time on call backs for appointments and clients questions are impeccable! You could not go wrong with Excelsior Therapy!
Super clean establishment. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Very accommodating appointments. Expeditious once I sign in for my appointments..no long lingering waiting. Dr. J Vong is amazing, he is patient and attends to my injured areas and explains every step prior to examining me. Dr M Dvorkin was passionate and listened to me extensively at my initial visit. I would recommend anyone to this facility 😊.
Its extremely hot in here. To the point that my nose is going to start bleeding. It's so hot that the paper on the exam table is sticking to my legs. This heat in this building is insane. The heat no longer needs to be on let alone as high as it is. I couldn't complete my therapy because it's too hot & the staff should have to work in these conditions. Giving shaver in the Mississippi & Texas heat
The staff were wonderful. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. Everyone has a smile on their faces.
