This hospital lives up to its name for sure! I was in a ton of pain and was able to get in right away and felt like everyone cared. The front desk clerk was amazing and welcoming. The gentleman that did our initial vitals who use to be a firefighter was great! Nurse Tracy, Nurse Rochelle, and Doctor Gilbert were phenomenal. Husband went in with pain from a fall. Was seen quickly and the staff was very nice and friendly. Explained the after visit steps he needed to do for his broken rib to heal and gave him medication quickly to make him comfortable. 👍👍👍👍👍Would definitely go back again. Well done ER.
Me and my sister took my mom and everyone was amazing. They quickly attended my mom and was very kind, patient and helped my mom feel better. Nurse Practitioner Amanda answered all of our questions and was extremely wonderful. The world needs more health care workers like her who care about their patients.
4/19/2024 I went to the Exceptional ER Hospital in Maricopa on John Wayne Pkwy for burning aching pain in bones in lower back. I am in remission for gastric stomach cancer and just recently had a hernia repair. When I was first triaged the nurse was asking questions about my pain I did my best to answer. All along she was making me feel as if I shouldn’t have gone there and was very demeaning. It's okay if you're a pinch and it's nothing serious. Wait times are usually very long. Most of the staff are not even trained to do anything as simple as draining a wound. X-rays CAT scans things like that are usually done but anything medically necessary that might be requiring a little more skill is usually off the table. Think of it as a great big urgent Care center..
