New patient here. Kelly did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. She's the best! And, so friendly. I've found my new dentist.
We have been patients for over 20 years and have always been pleasesed with the experience. Lots of people I know talk about going to the dentist like it is a dreaded experience. I always look forward to visiting Exceptional Dentistry. Dr. Carroll and his staff truly care about their patients.
Everyone at the office was “exceptionally” nice. You could tell they all enjoyed working here. I had Doc Shoemaker, and Brandy for an assistant. I can’t say enough good about Doc Shoemaker, personable, professional, gentle. She’s a keeper! Brandy was a treat as an assistant, she payed close attention to each move and placement of instruments in my mouth

I have been seeing Dr. Carroll since my first tooth came in! His staff makes me feel like part of the family. He is highly knowledgeable in his field but mixes it well with his fun personality, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. I appreciate always being asked what flavor toothpaste and what color toothbrush I would like. Can't praise him and his team enough over the years. Life long client, you are stuck with me!
Best crew in dentistry! Also best shot giver. I really fear the dentist chair but, these guys really put you at ease.
Late review, I’ve been seeing Dr. Carroll for over 20 years and during this time I’ve had a lot of dental work completed. Dr. Carroll and his staff are by far more than just dental people, they are like a family and make you feel like you are part of their family. I use to be terrified of shots in the mouth which made me terrified of the dentist, never would take a numbing shot while my teeth were being drilled on, but Dr Carroll made the process bearable and now it does not bother to bad.
